At first, it might be a little hard to figure out how to use the charging settings. It's supposed that the "reduced" mode will save energy or be easier on the battery, while the "normal" mode will help you get a faster charging speed. You gotta get used to it. If the output is still low after making adjusting the settings, you should check the charger's manual or settings. Sometimes, all that needs to be done is to make sure that the settings works together. it takes a bit of fiddling though
