My Mini app is driving me crazy! The main screen is totally frozen my battery percentage and mileage aren't updating, but the charging screen works fine. So weird. I even tried setting it up on my other phone, but it won't find my car even though it's connected to my account online. Mini support had me update Mini Services, which was easy, then try restarting the infotainment system, which was a complete fail, and then reinstall the app, which did nothing. They keep saying the restart is super important holding the volume knob for 30 to 60 seconds but I've tried everything on my 2022 Cooper SE and it doesn't work. Has anyone actually gotten that restart to work? And what about the app itself? Is anyone else having these syncing issues? It seems like it might be a problem on their end, from what I've been reading.

It’s a fine balance between powering up the inboard electronics and not making your owners wait forever. I’ve noticed the instrument cluster and app don’t always agree on state of charge. The cluster adapts, showing range based on driving and temp, while the app seems stuck on a set number like 110 miles no matter what, even when it’s freezing and the cluster shows 95.
