Hello everyone! I have these two issues with my car's battery. In fact, I am not sure if these are issues, but it is certain I need some clarification.
1. Why does the display say the range is ~100 miles considering the battery is fully charged? Wasn't it supposed to show 140 miles? At least, this is how Cooper made me believe.
2. Is it normal for the battery to need 30 minutes to charge to full even if it is at 85%? Isn't it too long for such a small percentage?
Thanks for your answers!

Hi! For the range, it could reflect driving habits, temperature, or battery health. As for charging, slower speeds near 85% are normal to prevent battery wear. Have you checked Cooper's estimates for your model?

The GOM is not accurate. It's better to use the battery percentage. The GOM's estimate can change based on how you're driving and the weather.

Yes, lower speeds after 80% are normal to increase battery health. And The estimating of range is very inaccurate .
