Just played around with Bimmercode on my Bimmer and silenced that pedestrian warning chime using this code I saw online! Hah! Now I can finally set it to my preference and the car remembers it. Anyone else have cool Bimmercode tweaks they love?

Here are the codes:

Code:
Log in as a Mini
Headunit (Advanced Settings) > EXBOX > VSG_HMI_MENUE
- set the option to aktiv.
press Code to apply changes

Code:
Log in as an I3
Select VSG option
- enable the remember setting, their was only one option on this menu.
press Code to apply changes

Why on earth would anyone want to turn off a safety system that could potentially save a life or prevent an accident? I honestly don't understand the logic behind that.

I hear you! Some people might argue that they’re just really good drivers, but let's face it, safety features are like airbags. You don’t need them until you do. There’s a fine line between feeling in control and testing the limits of your driving skills on a busy road. In the end, it’s about choosing the best protection, even if it feels like you're over-prepared for a 5-mph fender bender...
