Is HV Pyro Fuse fixable or write-Off

I'm looking into potentially taking on a project car. I've seen a bunch of Mini SEs and BMW i3s with dash lights on but no go. Sounds like a blown HV pyro fuse to me. Has anyone tried to fix one of these? Can the fuse be replaced, or is it an automatic death sentence for the car? Thinking of grabbing one as a project if it's fixable.

I think we have seen the same video. It was from Matt Armstrong. He replaced a Pyrofuse on a GT3. Is that the video?
