Mini Cooper SE navigation stuck on loading

I just got my lightly used 2024 Mini Cooper SE (only 800 miles on it), and everything was working great when I picked it up from the dealer. But after transferring the car to my name, the navigation system won’t load, it’s just stuck on “Navigation Loading” indefinitely. I’d rather not take it back to the dealer just yet if there’s a simple fix.

I’ve already tried:
1. Holding the power button for 30 seconds (soft reboot) – No change.
2. Checked if any updates are available – Nothing obvious.

You need to run the 2025 map. The car is trying to load outdated navigation data tied to the ex-owner. Try to check for map updates manually. Go to MINI’s navigation update portal and enter your VIN to see if a 2025 map update is available. I really hope it helps.
