Sat Nav Voice and Personal Assistant Language Pack keeps Disappearing

Hi all, is any one experiencing issues with the Sat Nav Voice and Personal Assistant (Spike) disappearing all the time from the new 2024 Mini Cooper SE? Any ideas how to resolve this issue as it seems to have lost the language pack.

I think you should try doing a software 'refresh' The OS9 has been around for a while so I'm wondering why glitches like this happens. But if the refresh doesn't work, I suggest you check with your dealership.

Thanks Jangledim01. I would like to give this a try but how to you carry out a software ‘refresh’? I have also taken this back to the dealership once already and their fix was to remove the user profile completely and reassign it which is a pain as you have to re-pair the key fobs and reset the digital key (iPhone). This works for a few days but the issue happens again. I have carried this remedial out a few times but it’s getting draining and seeking a permanent fix.
