Hello everyone!
Has anyone else experienced an issue with limiting charging power on a 2023 MINI Cooper SE using a BMW Flexible Fast Charger with a 16A 3-phase industrial socket?
Despite setting max, it always charges at 11kW. Reduced and low don’t seem to work. It only seems to regulate 1-phase charging, not 3-phase.
Can anyone confirm if this feature works with 3-phase charging? I would appreciate your replies, pls!

The charging power is limited to 11 kW because that is the max for the MINI Cooper SE. Even though you are using a 3-phase 16A socket, the car can’t take more than that.

Have you tried testing it with another 3 phase charger? To see if the issue is still there.

Seems like the issue could be with the car’s settings or its power limits, not the charger. Even with 3-phase, the Mini might be capable of handling a certain amount of power. Have you tested a different car or charger to see if it's a compatibility thing?
