Problems with my charging app

I've been using the Mini app to charge my Mini EV during off-peak hours, but now it's not working. It keeps defaulting to immediate charging, even though I've set it to charge later. I've tried everything, but nothing works. Any ideas?

I’m dealing with the exact same headache with Octopus IO! I had the smart charge feature all set up and it was working fine until I noticed that the immediate charge option started taking over without a peep.
I figured it might be a glitch in the app, so I switched off smart charge and set up an off-peak schedule. But nope, still having the same issue! It pauses for a sec, then just jumps right back into charging without any heads-up, and it’s seriously driving me nuts! Tsk, tsk.

You can try resetting the app or reinstalling it, that can help fix schedule issues.

Try checking the remote history in the app. It might show if any remote commands were triggered around the time the issue occurred.

It sounds as a software or glitch. In this case, try to delete cache memory of the app, or even delete and reinstall it. I hope this helps.

I use Octopus Intelligent Go, and it definitely feels like a bit of a mystery! When you plug the car in Octopus creates its own charging schedule, which doesn’t match what the Mini App shows. But by morning, the car is always fully charged and ready to go

Just plug it in and let it do its thing, it works without a hitch, haha
