New front camera won't connect to My Mini app

Hello guys! A few days ago, I bought the Car Eye 3.0 front camera, but I am struggling to get it to connect. My Mini automatically connects to my phone for calls, but the app doesn’t easily reconnect with the camera. Even when I disconnect my Mini, the app still has trouble connecting, and sometimes, like today, it won’t connect at all. Any thoughts please?

Try resetting the camera and reconnecting it from scratch, also check if your phone’s Bluetooth prioritizes the Mini over the Car Eye.
