After weeks of frustration, my Mini’s ambient lighting became an unexpected obsession. I’d set yellow as my preferred glow, but every time I locked the car or switched driving modes, it defaulted back to teal. A recent software reset seemed to trigger this, and it became as annoying as a persistent rattle. At the dealer, they assured me the issue was fixed, but when I got in, teal greeted me again. Even with Bimmercode as an option, I hesitate to tinker before they investigate further. For now, my Mini remains stubbornly... teal.

You are not alone, trust me. My Mini does the same, but I almost quit being bothered by this. I don't know if there is any solution for it.
Teal’s clearly your Mini’s vibe, maybe it’s a hint to embrace calm energy? Dealer fixes can be hit-or-miss; but good call holding off on Bimmercode for now.
It’s reassuring to know I’m not the only one, I’m just hoping they figure it out soon. Until then, I’ll embrace my Mini’s teal vibe.
Haha, maybe teal is my Mini’s way of keeping me zen... I’ll stick with the dealer for now, I just hope they’ll get it sorted without needing any extra tweaks.
