Sorry for the dumb post lol.

I charge my Mini EV to 100%, but the car says I can only go like 100 miles, different from the advertised range.

Also, it takes forever to finish charging even when the battery is almost full.

Any ideas what's going on?

No worries, it's not a dumb question, the range discrepancy could be due to driving conditions or battery calibration. Slow charging near full could be a trickle charge to preserve battery health.

The range issue might be due to driving conditions or battery calibration, for charging, your Mini may be balancing cells as it nears full, slowing the process.
 
The Guess-o-meter (GOM) is just going off how you've been driving lately, so if you've been speeding around or it's cold out, it'll show a lower range.. And that slower charging near full? that's normal! Most EVs slow down after 80-90% to help the battery last longer.
