Thanks! I haven’t tried reconnecting yet, but I’ll check it out.Have you tried reconnecting to the main site? My son had the same problem once, and it turned out the BMW USA site was down because of Hurricane Beryl.
I’ll try toggling the GPS settings and restarting both the app and car, I hope that clears things up and gets the connection working again.I’ve had something similar happen, it could be a setting or connection issue. You can try toggling the GPS settings in the car’s menu, or restarting the app and car.
