Mini Electric Deal or No Deal?

Are you guys seeing these crazy Mini Electric deals? My local dealer is throwing in a year of free insurance, four years of free servicing, and a free home charger on top of a low APR. It's like they're trying to bribe people into going electric! Too bad they don't offer similar incentives for their ICE models.
