Mini SE ’23 issues

My Mini ’23 SE hasn't cooperated with me at all, and it's been a frustrating week overall. My charger doesn’t seem to be working at all, and my Mini App isn’t updating either. I don’t know if it's safe to drive at this point, and I get anxious whenever my directions don’t work the way they should.

Have you tried diagnosing the problem? or even contact your local dealership? I understand how frightening it is when directions don't work like they should. gotta get that checked man, it might be faulty wiring issues.
