Have you experienced this past few weeks it’s that you cant log-in?
I tried everything and I also switched to another phone but still not working.
They should put questionnaires to verify if it’s really you. Hope that they will resolve this issue fast.

i have been experiencing this as well, apparently all you need to do to resolve this issue is to reset your password and you can log-in to your account after this step. They had a data breach just recently but they haven't posted anything about this issue yet.

I simply called customer support, and they finally resolved the problem. My account is back up and running.
