Spare Wheel for Mini EV? Total lifesaver, no doubt!

Yesterday sucked big time. My front tire was totally flat, and I had to wait ages before Roadside Assistance finally showed up. Now, I need to have a spare wheel for my Mini Electric coz I'm always on long trips and having a backup would be a lifesaver. That gunk they hand out won't do squat if you hit a pothole. Mini doesn't even list spare wheels, so has anyone tried slapping on a spacesaver spare wheel for the Mini EV? Does it fit? And if you've already figured it out, what size wheel and tire should I be scoping out? Mine's got those Power Spoke 17-inch wheels with 5 bolts.

There's no space for it, but if you want to put it in your back seat, then buying a tire that matches the size of your stock tires would be good.

I don't think the main issue is whether or not they include a spare tire. It's more about where they're going to put it! I've seen some pretty cramped cargo areas lately.

I had a flat tire on my Mini Electric during a road trip some time ago. I made sure the space-saving spare fit the load and speed ratings and chose one from a suitable model with 5-bolt wheels. It has been great so far, particularly during lengthy travels. Please let me know if you want further setup information.

Can someone show me how to get a spare tire for a mini? My daughter is always a victim of getting her tire flat. I wanted to fully maximize the space on her car but I just simply don't know how..
