Voice Guidance not working

Anyone else experiencing sudden voice guidance issues on their nav system? Mine was working fine, then suddenly gone and the volume control seems wonky too. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I had the same problem with my voice guidance and this is what my dealer told me.

go to your Navigation - scroll left until you see the 'Guidance' menu. - scroll down within the 'Guidance' menu and find the 'Speaker' option - make sure there's a checkmark next to 'Speaker'

This should turn your voice guidance back on
