Trouble Reconnecting MINI Car Eye 3.0 Camera

Recently installed the MINI Advanced Car Eye 3.0 front-facing camera, which connects via Bluetooth using the recommended app. Initially, setup went smoothly, but now I'm having trouble reconnecting. It seems the camera only connects through the app, but my MINI also automatically pairs with my phone for calls, which seems to interfere. Even if I disconnect the MINI, the app doesn’t always pick up the camera, and today, it’s not connecting at all.

I haven’t found a full manual, aside from the in-app one, but since I can't connect, I can’t access it. Any tips for troubleshooting this? Appreciate any advice!

You said it has worked before. Can you remember if the camera was connected via Bluetooth at the same time with the phone?
 
It sounds like the Car Eye 3.0 is fighting for priority with your MINI’s built-in Bluetooth, which could be why it won’t reconnect. If you can’t access the in-app manual because of the connection failure, you might need to look up a factory reset method online.
